It's on the left side of the Finder window. Make sure that the installer is there. The installer will be called "Install macOS High Sierra" or something similar and will have an image of a ridge of mountains on it.

As long as the installer is present in the Applications folder, you can proceed. If the installer isn't there, try downloading High Sierra again. Part 4. Plug your USB drive into your Mac.
